• We do not work with just any company. The luxury tier is our target market: Our clients must be recognized as the top brand in their Luxury market space
• We meet with each company to understand its markets and it marketing goals for the next year(s)
• We suggest potential avenues where aligning with other companies would benefit both partners
• We sign an agreement that allows us to discuss alignment options with other brands we believe will be with a good fit. This agreement also engages us to bring in partners
• We learn from the company what their specific marketing objectives are as well as their marketing assets (e.g. mailing lists, special events web sites, etc.)
• We formulate a number of potential options for each of two or more partners to consider. If all agree we move to the execution stage
• We serve as the “matchmaker” helping all sides to see the marketing costs they will incur and the potential benefits they will receive
• We help plan out the execution and provide project management for all of the essential components for the program
• We set-up the tracking to insure that the costs and benefits are clearly identified and our value is demonstrated
• We monitor the progress of the program or campaign. We assess the results and report back on the actual costs and benefits
